The Stalls
Based on the area of the stalls, they have been categorized as A, B, C, D, E, F. The rents vary as per the size. Stall tariff gives a broad outline of the charges.
The construction of the stall would be of strong rigid plywood, three sides would be covered using strong, thick boards. The Flooring would be thick quality Synthetic mats. Height of the stall would be 8 feet & would include TWO SPOT LIGHTS, 5 AMPS PLUG POINTS, ONE TABLE AND TWO CHAIRS and name of the participants would be displayed at the entrance on top of the panel.
The exhibit cases, stall materials and all other material of the participants should be consigned in the name of the participants themselves. The participants shall pay all the freight charges and the transport charges & comply with the formalities as required. Participants shall make their own arrangements for clearance & handling of their Exhibition materials / cases.

The following add on services are available at the venue. Courier, Fax, Photocopy, Travel assistance, information center, Restaurants and Snack Bars, First-aid booth, Central security volunteers, Assistance for Insurance, Telephone, Drinking water & Fire fighting instruments.
